Sizes range from "4 to 5 kg" , "5 to 6 kg" and "6 to 7 kg". The smaller pigs are the most prized, tender and sweeter tasting. Please choose the size you wish from the drop down menu.
Note this product is despatched frozen, defrost before cooking. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
