We deliver using our own experienced drivers and refrigerated vans to the following London Postcodes only. During the check out process you will be asked to enter your delivery address postcode for verification before being allowed to proceed, or alternatively enter PICKUP if you wish to collect.

What do I do if my postcode is not listed?

In the event your postcode is not listed but you would still be interested in ordering from us you have the option to:

1. Collect in Person:

Proceed to checkout using PICKUP rather than a postcode. During the payment process you will be given the option to choose a delivery option, choose "Local Pickup". We will then keep your order for you at our store.

2. Get in Touch:

Give us a call on 020 7228 9907 or send an email to online@westminstermeat.com letting us know your full address including postcode, we will let you know if and when it is possible to deliver. 

3. Subscribe to our Newsletter:

We are constantly updating our products and delivery areas.  Subscribe so as not to miss out.

Delivery Times:

On checkout you will also have the option to select a delivery date. Next day delivery is available.  If a delivery date is not selected, we will deliver within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Once your order is fulfilled and ready to go, we will send you a confirmation email that your order is out for delivery.

We do not use third party couriers.  All our deliveries are carried out by our own drivers in our own refrigerated vans who work to strict regulations to make sure your delivery arrives with you safely and to your full satisfaction.

We expect you make arrangements for the delivery to be received on the day of delivery.  In the event there is nobody available to receive the delivery our driver will first call on the telephone number provided.  If it is still not possible to make contact with you, the delivery will be returned to our base for safe temperature-controlled storage and we will contact you to arrange the re-delivery.  Please note that re-delivery may incur an additional charge.  

There is a space for special delivery instructions during the checkout process. If you suspect that you may not be in to receive the delivery and you would like us to leave goods with a neighbour, please indicate this in the space provided.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery is available on all orders over £50.00, for orders of less than £50.00, a £5.00 delivery charge will be added to your order at checkout.

Collection

If you prefer, you can choose to collect your order in person.  We are open to the public from 7.00am to 1.00pm Monday to Saturday.  In the event you place an order for collection, the goods must be collected within two days from the date we have notified you that the goods are ready for collection. Failure to collect or contact us within this timeframe will lead to the goods being disposed of and the order deemed complete. No refunds can be made for uncollected orders.
