A young chicken, less than 28 days old at slaughter and usually weighing between 400–450 grams. The meat has a delicate flavour and is both tender and succulent in texture.
Ideal for roasting whole or spatchcock on the BBQ.
Corn fed is usually the same breed as all other chicken, but bred on corn, which produces a fuller flavour, both rich and succulent.
