"Cordero Lechal" or milk fed lamb is a young lamb typically slaughtered within 21 to 35 days of age and have achieved a weight of approximately 5kg to 6kg, but no more than 8 kg.
The meat is both tender and succulent with a light pink colour.
Note this product is dispatched frozen, defrost before cooking. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
