These squid are wild caught, cleaned and then individually quick frozen, ready to cut and cook. They are of Taiwanese Origin.
U/5 is a size guide, denoting that there will be no more than 5 squid tubes per kg. Each piece will weigh approximately 200 grams.
Note this product is dispatched frozen, can be cooked from frozen or defrosted. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
