Monk Fish has a mild taste and texture similar to lobster, often referred to as “the poor man’s lobster.” Ideal either grilled, pan fried or roasted.
The tails are cleaned, trimmed and frozen at source.
Note this product is dispatched frozen. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
