Freshwater king prawns with the head removed and shell is still on.
The prawns are selected and packed by size, allowing for 8/12 per kg. The prawns have a protective ice glaze, which melts away upon defrosting. The net weight is 600 grams.
Note this product is dispatched frozen, defrost before cooking. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
